In Rememberance
I just wanted to thank the most wonderful nurse in the world.....
She has been taking care of me from the minute I got home from the hospital. She held my hand and patted it till I fell asleep. When I was in pain she would lull me to sleep with her soothing voice. She walked me to the bathroom and back every single time. She never tired of comforting me or waking up at all hours to calm me if I was crying because it hurt. I never had to call her if I needed her she just appeared - we're connected like that. She would watch me sleep. She would lay next to the scars on my stomach as if she was trying to pull the pain out of me and take it on herself. She kissed me 100 times a day. I can never repay her for her love and concern.
