Folks who've been around Dims forever may be aware of my website, the Ponderous Woman Online, and the web comics I've been making over there for the last decade... Last year, what was a goofy superhero comic about the Ponderous Woman, a fat superhero, morphed into something else called Michelle's Diary.
The reason I'm posting here is because the current issue, number five, is starting off a story detailing the first romantic/sexual realtionship in the comic, and it's between two women.
I'm quite excited about it, and am anxious to see what the feedback will be from regular readers. It feels like a little bit of my real life is being absorbed by my silly little creative endeavor, which I like. I'm not too worried about a backlash by the reading public because I've been out for some time and they've generally always been supportive of that.
