1) buy any decent brownie mix or make your own chewy brownies.. So in a larger round cake pan
Bout the brownie mix in the bottom i prefer glass and slightly grease it with butter
http://www.taunton.com/finecooking/recipes/chewy_brownies.aspx

put in a oven preheated to 350. it should take up more then 25-33% of the pan
2) bake for about 10 min.

3) lower oven to 325.

4) remove from oven and pour over cheesecake mix to fill the pan to around 80%
for a cheese cake mix recipe

5)now bake for around 45 min-55 min until cheesecake is done

6) let cool in fridge for about 3-4 hours like most cheesecakes.

7) once its set and firm enough to slice to it. carefully put a Popsicle stick in it and freeze the cheesecake until rock hard.

8) Take strawberries. slice them into fine pieces about 3 cups worth. add half a cup sugar to a cup of sugar and heat over low heat. untill is like a sweet sauce. not too much sugar or it wont freeze.

Just needs to be on heat for 5-10 min.

9) cool if fridge untill its around 38 degrees.

now here is the fun part its like making a candle. Dip the froozen cheesecake slices in the straw berries and quickly put back in freezer. You should repeat this 3-4 times after each layer freezes.

10) let cheese cake freeze rock hard again.

11) make a double boiler and melt white chocolate in it. Then do the same thing with the cheesecake sticks. Should do it 2 times letting the chocolate freeze each time.

before serving let thaw for about 15-20 min at room temp so the bars are not frozen hard but have the concistity of ice cream

pretty much you make the cake one day and freeze them over night and do the other part the next day.

I really think its FTW
