Mmm...just finished of some left over Nasi that my mum sent home with me.
I had no eggs, so I couldn't really do it properly, though.
I've heard that some people put an omlette on top, but I'm more familiar with the runny-side-up fried egg.
(And of course some sambal oelek mixed through...yum, with a capital 'M'!)
