Reading in another thread about the clever idea of wearing undies backward made me think about all the inventive things we do to cope with our size in a world that doesn't always accommodate us. So how about a thread sharing some of those ideas. What innovative things (small or large) have you done to work around being fat?

P.S. To Pauline--Thank you for sharing your milk crates-as-bed frame tip a while back. Recently I needed to give up my bed temporarily for someone else and all I had left to sleep on was a twin whose frame I didn't think would hold me. I got some milk crates per your idea and presto--a sturdy frame. Thanks!
