I had a wonderful Indian dish once, I believe it was called lamb korma. Basically it was big chunks of lamb in an opaque orange sauce over white rice. I believe the sauce had raisin paste and cinnamon in it, maybe cardamom too. I tried googling lamb korma but I got 3 radically different recipes, so I wanted advice from someone who was familiar with indian food or who had cooked the dish before. Looking forward to your help, because I'm craving this and want to cook it this week!:eat2:
