Need help on Padding...

I'm interested in looking for information on padding your clothes. (Cant find any online.) I already do it, but I'm almost looking into padding information that makes some one look very HUGE. (or just big)

Do you know any web sites that deals with JUST padding? (not morphing) but appropriate pictures, tips on padding your clothes full, how to look immobility obese .ect.
