Need new foundation! Help!!!

Ok.. so I rave and rave about Clinique's makeup all the time. Well it seems that ANY liquid-based foundation is making me break out like a 12 year old chocoholic! So, does anyone have any suggestions for foundation that covers fairly well but doesn't cause you to break out or feel oily or nasty all day? I'd really appreciate it (If it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, that would rock, too.. LOL!)
