Need to vent

I'm going to be handing in my resignation for my current job... which has caused me no end of pain due to politics and azzhole managers that discriminated against me because of my skin color and my defiance (which was provoked by them) and am tempted to put all my frustrations and anger into the resignation letter so that I can tell all the pricks how I feel.

Do any of you guys have a suggestion for whether this is a good idea or whether I should just keep a resignation letter simple.
