Has anyone ever heard of The Foundation to Expose and Publicize Obesity Discrimination, Inc? They took a full page ad out in the Chicago Reader. Apparently, many of the fen-phen claims have been dismissed without the plantiffs getting any money at all. They are appealing to Oprah Winfrey for help because she has been a "staunch advocae for the rights of the overweight." I highly doubt Oprah will get involved, but perhaps there is an opportunity for some outreach!
