Thought i'd give you an update....those past pics i was at about 195 back in july/august...
Weighed myself in today at 207, curious to know what you think....not bad for not having any help here isn't it?

If you look down in the the first post I put a pic in where im wearing the same shorts as in these new pics, can you see a difference?
