Howdy all, just saying hello and introducing myself to Dimensions, despite about three years of lurking, now. I'm a 21 year-old BHM/feeder/FA from Florida attending college at UCF in Orlando, where I'm majoring in history and political science.
It's sort of a new thing for me to categorize myself as a Big Handsome Man, though once I think about it, I've always been big, sometimes thought myself handsome, and remained decidedly male throughout my life, so I may as well dive right in and embrace it. Simply put, genetics made me a viking. I shot up to 6'4" my freshman year of high school, and wrestled at a slimmish 215. That involved me cutting about 20 pounds from my walking weight of 235-240, and needless to say, I was not a happy camper about that. So I just started eating what I want, (much to the chagrin of my coach) and working out with a little more focus on strength and less on weight loss, and by senior year was happily wrassling at the maximum heavyweight limit, 275 pounds. Since coming to college I stayed on at about 275 for my first three years, playing rugby enough to counter the freshman 15 and effects of my first legal beers, and thankfully keeping healthy. I actually began losing weight over the summer when I started taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and wanted to compete in a 250 upper limit tourney, but once my plans fell through due to a twisted knee, I gave that up.
I started teaching freshman history this fall, and my job keeps me firmly planted at a desk, unable to attend rugby practice this year and only sporadically sneak in BJJ. To suppliment the meager TA pittance I get and save some cash for graduate school, I'm also a cook and pitmaster-in-training (I love that job title) at a local BBQ, the most calorie-free of eateries, yes? Needless to say, my waistline has started to expand. I've never been "jacked" or "cut" or anything remotely close to body-builderish, but have always thought of myself as solid. I'm back up to 275, and unless I diet (and since I have no health issues, I kinda view that as body-image mutiny) it looks like I'll be gaining. I'm not too sure about pictures yet, it's a new thing to me, but I wanted to say hello!.
