FedEx actually tried to go after this guy for using boxes he purchased with a legitimate account, after he was featured on 20/20, and had an article written about him in Wired magazine. They claimed (just as the USPS does) that any shipping material purchased or otherwise obtained from them remains their property, and is to be used soley for the purpose of shipping. It's all in his blog....interesting stuff.
