catay,
We have a Halloween party every year and every year around this time, I go in search for yummy/nummy spooky food recipe ideas.
It's EASY to find sweets that are spooky, but the savory usually lack ~something~.

So far this year we've got the following planned:

--seafood gumbo (not super scary until you pull out the ladle with whole sea creatures in it) with witches fingers (bread shaped like witches fingers with rosemary for hair and a colored almond on the tip for the fingernail)

--mummy fingers (wrapped hot dogs for the kids and the kids at heart)

--The slime pit (hot pepper jelly over cream cheese for use with crackers/veggies)

--Eyeball platter (deviled eggs w/olives and hallowed radishes with olives)

Anyone out there have any other fun, spooky and tasty, non-sweet ideas??
