More money....a pretty good deal more. A company that respects its people. And only working 40 hours a week.
To make this at least a little size related, they have free soda and snacks in the break room. I'm a little afraid that whoever interviews me may not hire me because they will be afraid I'll eat them all. Is that completely crazy?
