Ok, so I love Johnny Carino's but the closest one is like an hour away and with gas as high as it is, I haven't had a chance to go.

Anyways, my fav thing there is baked cheese tortellini. The other night I got a wild hair up my butt and decided I was going to try to make my own homemade version..OMG..yummy and so easy. Here's your shopping list:

1 lb frozen cheese tortellini
1 Jar spaghetti sauce *I use a meat sauce, but you can use what you like*
1 Jar of Alfredo sauce *I prefer my own, but I didn't have time to make it tonight*
A cup of mozerella cheese
parmsean to grate on top.

Cook the pasta according the package. Mix both jars of sauce in a small saucepan and heat thoroughly.

Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Add the pasta, spreading it out to make an even layer. Cover with the rest of the sauce, the mozerella and bake for about 20 mins on 350.

When it comes out..spoon it into a dish and grate parmesean. OMG so good!
