...Where you suddenly realize how fat you've actually got.
I've been big for a while now and gaining again recently and where as I have the usual clues that its working like clothes getting tighter/not fitting at all, it takes a photo of me next to some young skinny friends of mine to realise 'WOW! i am getting fat!'LOL!
