I think I'm just now entering the fa world. It's hard to tell if a guy is fat at 200 pounds and 5'11. But I think at around 240, which I'm about to be, it becomes quite noticeable. My face is really starting to show it. So my question being...what weight would put me over the top?...you know, where it was apparent I was fat. My goal is 280-320. Would that be too much or just about right?
