Hi all,
I have a 4/5 star rated recipe on allrecipes.com I thought I'd share with you all. I took cooking every year in high school and wanted to be a pro chef, but after seeing how crazy the restraunt business can be, I went into IT (just to find how crazy the IT business can be.) Anyway, I LOVE cooking and thought I'd share my favorite original recipe. Anyone else have a favorite original recipe they would like tho share?

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 4 boneless pork chops
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, mix the reserved peach syrup, peach jam, Dijon mustard, curry powder, and honey.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the pork chops 8 minutes, or to desired doneness.
