Playground Activist Turns Himself Into Quakertown Police

You need to watch the first video to understand what the article is talking about. I grew up in Bucks County, and I remember Panther Park very fondly. To see it in such a state breaks my heart, because when I was a child, I wanted my kids (which I am not having, but I have my brother's kids to enjoy it with) to be able to play there.

I also know Mr. Scott, so I am not an exactly unbiased party. Yes, he recorded the official. And yes, he took video. And I know there is no way in blue hell he was the first to complain about Panther Park. He also put, before the call started, a recorded message, stating that he was recording the conversation.

They are going to make an example out of him. It's already fairly obvious, and if they would've kept up the repairs for Panther Park, maybe it wouldn't have fallen under such disrepair. They don't want to admit that, as officials who are supposed to inspect things as public playgrounds, that there was something wrong. Why did it get so out of hand to begin with?
