Here is something I wrote today.
From out of the darkness a scream was torn
The anguished cry of a man just born
A new creation of Mother Earth
He is the man of majestic girth
A kinder soul will never be found
Than that of a man who is big and round
With loving words and a gentle touch
Who knew he could offer so much
But his eyes are saddened and his heart despairs
Because daily he wonders if anyone cares
Love is waiting if only he can find
True self confidence and peace in his mind
