I've curious about these for some time. You always hear these crazy stories about how some dude in Iowa bought a Ferrari for $800, and while I don't expect that to happen, I'm curious if anyone has been to one and/or knows a good way to find them.

Searching online brings up all these sites that want you to pay for the locations of them. It seems to me that, as government endeavors, this should all be public. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
