any guys here into powerlifting? its something i tried a few years ago and struggled to be honest. i go to the gym once a week and one of the guys down there said i had the perfect body type to be a powerlifter. need to build up my back strength as that is where i suffered. squats are good especially being shorter with a big belly. anyone got any advice for a beginner/amateur? thanks !
