I always wanted one, ever since a friend of mine from El Salvador bought one and made me some yummy cheese quesadillas with it.
I kept hinting, but never got one. FINALLy I saw one on sale at Walmart for ten bucks (!) and have been having fun with it ever since.
Does anyone else have one? What have you made with them? I make bean, corn, cheese, mole, salsa quesadillas, and also dessert ones (using apple pie filling, cinnamon), and top with whipped cream when its done.
