Question about sending a PM

Sorry to be a doof, but how exactly do I send a PM that's not a reply to one sent to me? Usually (you can tell I don't do this much) I find the person's profile on the members list, and launch it from there. But once in a while, for reasons of either software glitch or my lack of intimate knowledge of the alphabet, I can't find who I'm looking for. Is there a quick button to open a blank PM form?

And where the hell has SoVerySoft's profile gone?
