Alright, I read many things about how to be with a SSBBW and what things that the couple can share.

What I would like to know is, what if anything would happen if a SSBBW could not have sexual relations with a man because of health reasons? Would that FA still love her reguardless of this problem?

Would a FA even want too get too know a SSBBW if she could not perform sexually because of some health problem?
