Hi to all. I am new to this board and the whole FFA/BHM/BBW/feeding/gaining/etc scene. Here's my situation:

I am 52 years old, widowed(after many years) and recently engaged to a wonderful woman who I knew in high school but hadn't seen in many years. She is my age, divorced, and quite attractive. A bit plump, 5'3", about 160lbs and very stylish. I am 6'0" and about 195lbs-maybe 20lbs overweight, but otherwise healthy, active and financially successful. (as is she-so that's not an issue)

As we began discussing a wedding and the future, it's become apparent to me that she may qualify as an FFA-maybe even a feeder, as defined by this board and others. She is a gourmet, and we eat in nice restaurants often. She frequently encourages me to eat heavily, and will often order an extra dessert-that I end up eating most of.

When I mention being full, or my pants being tight, she'll pat my(relatively small pot)belly and comment that she likes her men bigger and wouldn't mind seeing more of me. This has progressed over time(a few months) to the point that she's gotten more blunt about it, saying all the men in her family are heavy and that she's looking forward to fattening me up with her cooking. (We've set a date for this summer, to be followed by a cruise to Europe)

I haven't really responded other than to laugh and generally go along with it. This is new territory for me. I've carried a few extra lbs for 15-20 years, but never intentionally gained, nor been with a partner who seemed to encourage it.

So, my question for you all: Is this common? It seems to be a real phenomena, based on this board. Any suggestions on how to respond? I'm obviously a bit nervous. Otherwise, this relationship seems perfect. We have lots in common, our kids are grown, and we're set financially. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
