My goal is 300 pounds. I'm at 260 right now. I've gained 50 pounds this year--and I've developed a pretty heavy eating schedule. I've gained steadily--an average of about a pound a week.

But... here's my question...

Right now I'm "pushing it a bit"... I.e. I eat sometimes "just because" -- driven by a desire to gain. Once I reach my goal weight--in your experience--does the weight stay on---even if you let up a bit on the "stuffing"? Don't get me wrong--I enjoy eating and snacking---I'll always be a foodie----I'm just curious to hear from others here how easy is it maintain weight. I have this fear that if I slack off on my eating I'll lose weight. I guess I'm just interested in hearing some personal experiences in this area.

Thanks!
