Quiche recipes, anyone?

I'm having a yen for quiche. Okay, that's not the right word, but I really want some. Unfortunately, I don't have a recipe that I can count on, and I haven't made more than a couple of quiches in my life so I don't feel comfortable playing around with recipes. Sure, I could check out allrecipes.com, but I thought maybe the nice folks here would share their tried and true, tender and tasty recipes for quiche.
