They are profiling a few bigger folks, two girls and one guy.
They have Amy, 27, and her husband Kenneth, 28, from the message board "WLS and You" taking about looking forward to WLS. It's terrible they way they are exploiting these people, they brought Karen to tears by giving her candles.
Then there's a 17 year old black boy, they took to 6 Flags to show how he can't ride on roller coasters and then showing him at Buffets and McDonalds Drive Thru and his fights with his mom over what he eats. He too is talking about gastric bypass. His mom is so condescending "he doesn't know what he's doing."
Finally, there's Frances, 24, a BBW into fashion working on becoming a plus size model. She's about 225 and really beautiful.
