A problem that involves a lot of governmental time and money is people not paying their child support.
As the book of Job points out, we cannot know the mind and will of God. However it would seem that one way to greatly reduce the amount of unpaid child support would be for God to arrange things so that no man who is behind in his child-support can get an erection until he is completely caught up in his child-support.
There are many who believe in the power of prayer. Perhaps this is a subject that some of those who pray regularly might wish to add to their prayer list.
