Reputation System - FAQ problem...

I was attempting to check the FAQ to find out about 'getting some reputation,' as I can't figure out what everyone's talking about. Thought I'd be sly, and not bother anyone with a question that does happen to be in the FAQ. However, the link sends me to a 404 - site not found page, in German, on the Wu-Tang Clan official site.

Does this sound strange to anyone else?

Anyway, could someone please point me in the direction of a good description of the reputation system? I'm curious, and I think I might want some. )
