This was endorsed to me some time ago by friends who had lost a child. It is a safe, supportive and hopefully cathartic space for all who have suffered any devastating ultimate separation. I think most of us here have some sense of the value of being in a network that has deep, personal awareness of our circumstances, both the lows and the highs.
