Something new I've discovered this summer....rose wine! I always associated rose with sweetness (think white zinfandel...blech...) and red was always my first choice. A local wine store near me had a tasting...and bam...I was enlightened to the possibility of a delightful dry rose.

It has been one of my mainstays this summer! Viva rose!
