About two weeks ago, while taking a walk, TSL and I noticed a cat wandering around our apartment complex. Last Friday, TSL petted the cat and discovered that it was basically starving and was nothing more than fur, skin and bones. Since then we've been giving her food and water twice a day and trying to find a good home for her (and we'll keep feeding her until we find her a home). We'd keep her, but there is a two pet limit at our apartment complex and we already have two cats.
