Sci-Fi Literature; recommendations?

Anyone else into reading science fiction?
I'm a big fan of William Gibson and Neal Stephenson, but I'll read anything that's good.

I'd say my top three favorite books are:
- Neuromancer, by William Gibson
- The Cryptonomicon, by Neal Stephenson
- Dune, by Frank Herbert

Has anyone read those, or have their own favorites?
