Saw this 'simple' recipe in Penzey's One Food Magazine. I tried it the other day and it was pretty good.
Seasoned Bake Potatoes
1. Rub baked potatoes with olive oil
2. sprinkle with seasoned salt
3. wrap in aluminum foil- place in oven and bake at 350 degrees
for 1 ro 1 1/2 hours
4. carefully remove foil during the last 10 minutes of cooking to crisp up the skins.
