Firstly, I admit that I didn't do the whole recipe from scratch. I really really really really love chinese food, and I've been trying to fix my favorites, but I haven't been able to duplicate the sauces to my satisfaction. And then one day at the store I saw of bottle of Iron Chef: Sesame and Garlic Sauce.
It was at that point that I knew that there was a God.
And so I took two chicken breasts, skinned and sliced into thin strips, and dredged them in corn starch and deep fried in my Presto deep-fryer.
Afterwards, I put the fried chunks in a skillet with the above named sauce, heated it thru, and sprinkled on some sesame seeds.
