For those of you who like clubbing and know some of the trends in music today, you probably know for about the past 4 years, one of the hottest trends in club music is called "Mash Up"." Though blending beats and mixing styles into one song has been around since the days of disco, around 1998, 1999 with the styles of Fatboy Slim and other DJs and producers many different styles of music have been incorporate in dance tracks. Nicole Richie (I know, I know) former fiance' Adam Goldstein (aka DJ AM) took this to the next level by adding more harder rock tracks to Hip Hop songs, this practice goes back and forth and is very popular in the club to see how the crowd reactions to our remixes and visions.
Now what does that have to do with us fat people, here comes the shameless plug. I recently did my own Mash Up which is like a tease for a total Mash Up mix CD that's I'm dropping later this summer and this track it's strictly about Big Girls. The official title is "Get It Big Beautiful Girls (Shawty)" and once you hear I think you'll know why.
Note: There are no explicit lyrics in this song, there aren't many lyrics at all, just enough I think but this is probably not something you'd play just hanging around, it's meant to get you ready to go party at your nearest BBW club/promotion.
