A "Cup" Cake:
Ingredients:
4 Tblsp Cake Flour
4 Tblsp Sugar
2 Tblsp Cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tblsp Milk
3 Tblsp Oil
1 Mug
Instructions:
IN a coffee mug, mix Flour, Sugar and Cocoa. Spoon in 1 Egg. Pour in Milk and Oil and mix well.
Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power (1,000 watts). Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug.
Tip contents out of mug into saucer and enjoy!
...with ice cream, with whipped cream, with icing...enjoy with whatever!
