(This is an old movie related game that was in DIMS in 2007 and started by DollyTron. I am reposting her instructions. I found the game challenging and interesting and thought some of you new members would like to play.)
Six Degrees of Separation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys - this might be a fun game for all you movie lovers-- six degrees of separation. One persons offers two actors-- say, DJ Qualls and Robert Redford and the first person to connect them through their co-stars in six connections or less, say, like this--
1. Robert Redford is in the Horse Whisperer with...Scarlett Johansson
2. Scarlett Johansson is in In Good Company with...Topher Grace
3. Topher Grace is in Ocean's 11 with...Brad Pitt
4. Brad Pitt is in Se7en with Gwenyth Paltrow
5. Gwenyth Paltrow is in Iron Man with Terrence Howard
6. Terrence Howard is in Hustle and Flow with DJ Qualls
-- will get to offer up the next two actors or actresses to be connected, like say, Gary Oldman and Jeff Bridges.
It's a pretty self-explanatory game. You can't do more than six connections and you should try to do less if you are awesome enough.
No cheating.
Okay, so, like I said-- Gary Oldman and Jeff Bridges.
