1. Combine 4 cups cauliflower peices and about 2 cups water in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Set Aside.

2. Heat slow cooker on Low. Add an 8oz package cream cheese, and a 5oz American cheese spread. Pour in hot cauliflower and water.
3. Stir to be sure the cheese is mixed thru the cauliflower.
4. Add 1/4 lb. dried beef, torn into strips; and 1/2 cup potato flakes. Mix well.
5. Cover. Cook on Low 2-3 hours.
