I love my guy like crazy.
But he SNORES. I already wear silicone-fill earplugs and while they often do the job, there are some nights where I trek out to couch because, unlike the bed, it's not rattling like a lawnmower. He's an allergic asthmatic, and Flonase (intranasal steroids), an air filter and those silly nose strips have helped some--but mostly with his quality of sleep, not his quantity of snoring. He was evaluated by a sleep lab when he was about this weight and declared not to have sleep apnea.
So what is a pudge-loving girlie to do? It's worse lately as he's put on some weight with winter, and while I'm out of school now, I start again soon.
Sleepily,
