Okay, I've put everything I've learned from my classes into my problem, but it doesn't seem to help much.

Anyways, my Sony Vaio seems to clashing. What I mean is that the wireless router at my house (or the modem (Broadband connection we get from our cable provider)) tends to go on and off whenever my computer is trying to access the connection. It doesn't do this with the other computers my family owns, it just does it whenever mine is on.

I'm actually on Windows 7's Safe Mode right now typing this, and the connection seems fine now. And whenever I go somewhere else that has Wi-Fi, that place's connection comes in perfectly.

So is it my computer that's causing all of this or the router? Or is it the modem?
