I was just looking at some photos of my wife from late 2007 (a few months after we met). She was about 410 pounds at the time and looked great. Since the photos were taken she’s lost about 90 pounds. She hasn’t been dieting or anything – apparently she used to eat because she was lonely and now she has better things to do at night. She still looks great – but quite different. She’s happy about the weight loss – she can wear jeans again, walking is much easier, and she doesn’t need the seatbelt extender anymore. 99% of the time I’m happy too – sometimes though I miss her old larger proportions.

Any thoughts?
