I'm in a jam here, folks, and I need your help!

I laid out 4 10oz. boneless beef loin strip steaks from Omaha Steaks last night to thaw for dinner tonite. I was gonna season and broil them. Nothing fancy.

The problem is my wife reminded me that we are going over to her folks for dinner tomorrow nite for steak. Because of my work schedule, I am not going to have a chance to cook them until Wednesday at the earliest and they are the only meat I have in the house at the moment. Having steak back to back is a tad bit of overkill, especially to a 5 and and 6 year old who are not keen on leftovers.

What do I do for tonight's dinner with these babies? I was thinking something along the lines of a one dish meal, perhaps with rice. I wanna avoid something exotic so as not to turn off the young tastebuds.

Dinner is in about 5 hours and I need suggestions fast!
