So, I have to figure out a way to incorporate meat back into my life.
Now, I know what you guys are probably thinking, I show pictures of meat. But if you notice, all the meat is drenched in something..lol
Ever since becoming diabetic and being sick the first few months on my medicine I've had aversions to meat. Just the thought of a piece of steak or chicken kinda turns my stomach.
I need to get meat back into my life..so I thought what better way to start than with stir fry.
Here's the dilema...I've never made stir fry. I don't have the first clue how to start to make stir fry.
So dimensions chefs...I'm calling on you to help me out. I watched America's Test Kitchen this weekend and they told me it's better to use a large non-stick skillet than a wok so I'm good to go there.
I need to know what to stock in my pantry.
Different sauces and variations on what vegetables would be good.
Finally, I just need some simple know how..LOL
Thanks for your help peoples
Oh..and pictures would be great!
