Stop trying to passs Obamacare and go for the affordabe care act.

I was reading that while only about 52% of Americans approve of Obama care about 64% of Americans approve of the affordable care act. It would seem then that it would be a lot easier for Congress to stop trying to pass Obama care and instead try to pass the affordable care act since so many more Americans approve of the affordable care act. In the long run it should make no difference since they are synonyms.
