stuffing and more stuffing

What kind of stuffing do you normally eat at Thanksgiving? southern cornbred? regular white bread? sausage? oyster? apples? cranberries? I usually just make regular white bread country stuffing, but I'm getting curious about all of the other kinds as well, they all sound so good. I was thinking of doing something with sausage and apples this year.
