Just curious for those of you out there gaining, do you ever notice a difference, in how you feel, or how the new weight feels, when you eat a different combination of these? Also, if you've gorged on any of these, do you notice a difference?
In other words, have any of you tried, or practice regularly, a diet high or low in any of the above?
